  • Download the enclosed file Attached File  Fixlist.txt   37bytes   5 downloads
  • Save it in the same location FRST64.exe is saved (FRSTEnglish.exe)
  • Start FRST (FRST64) with Administrator privileges
  • This time around Press the Fix button and wait
  • When finished, a log file (Fixlog.txt) will pop up and saved in the same location the tool was ran from.

Please attach this file in your next reply. If too large, use an online upload service and post the link. ww.wetransfer.com is a good site.

DHCP lease expires: ‎Monday, ‎April ‎22, ‎2024 7:47:14 PM

I can't answer your question as I am not a network expert.

I have provided this list to help you obtain the drivers that may be in conflict. Once you know what type of device you have, you may search the web for the latest driver's version. For example, your Ethernet Device is described as follows:

Instance ID:                PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_153A&SUBSYS_05A41028&REV_04\3&11583659&0&C8

Device Description:         Intel® Ethernet Connection I217-LM

You can search the web with that information and compare the version in your computer with the one being offered.

Intel is offering a complete set of drivers here when searching for Intel® Ethernet Connection I217-LM Release 20.0.1

That could help you decide if needed to be upgrade.

Are you experiencing an issue with any of the devices listed above?

Yes, and I DO appreciate you more than you know. Its nice to work with someone who knows how silly I can get about things *blush*.....

And trust me, I'm considering 3rd party drivers, from Intel even, but they are certainly very sure they make you aware that not using the OEM drivers, on the OEM motherboard, is risky.

Yes, some of the devices have issues... VSS for example, its glitchy and breaks now and then. And my local printer is bugged by multiple drivers i didn't put in place, but Microsoft wants the use of it so it keeps up with what your printer does and how it does it these days, so there are multiple instances of print queues and software. If i leave it alone, it works for the most part.

This Ethernet is crap because its speed is limited to 100mbps and nowhere near the Gigabit it's suppose to be capable of. I think its almost slower than my Wi-Fi and that is disturbing. :P
