My name is Richard (also known as positive assist) and I am currently an IT support engineer working for a school.

I am a very keen, passionate and supportive person who loves IT as well as helping others and keen to be part of this community. I have known Bleeping Computers for years and have come across many download links to useful diagnostic, troubleshooting and repair software which they have hosted and still use to this day.

In my spare time I like to watch tv, spend time with family & friends and research new information about IT and how to advance my skills to move forward with my career. I also play PlayStation games with my uncle.

As part of my time here, I am also very keen in learning malware removal and watching experts diagnose and disinfect machines.

Look forward to meeting and interacting with everyone :-)
